Photographer Joseph Rodriguez began chronicling the lives of prisoners who return home more than 20 years ago. Here, he shares the story of Tracey Stevens.
Joseph L. RodrÃguez, a 2003 Ochberg Fellow, is a documentary photographer. Exhibitions of his work have been featured throughout the United States as well as in Mexico, Denmark, Sweden, The Netherlands and France.
